Lucy Leonard
Lucy Wong Leonard, 46, grew up in
her family’s laundry from 1964 to 1975 in Hawthorne, California. She
served in the U. S. Navy and graduated from Southern Illinois
University in Health Care Administration and earned a business
degree from Webster University.
As a Naval Reservist, Lucy was
recalled to active duty for Desert Storm. She lives with her
husband, William R. Leonard, a Corpsman she met at Camp Pendleton
Marine Base, and three parrots in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
She is a life member of the San Diego
Chinese Historical Museum and Disabled American Veteran Chapter 27
of Lake Havasu City.
